เช้าวันหนึ่ง นาโฮะได้รับจดหมายที่อ้างว่ามาจากตัวเธอเองในอีก 10 ปีข้างหน้า จดหมายฉบับนี้เขียนถึงเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ ที่ควรจะเกิดขึ้นในวันนี้ ในตอนแรกนาโฮะคิดว่าเป็นแค่เรื่องตลก แต่เมื่อจดหมายนั้นเขียนถึงนักเรียนที่ย้ายมาใหม่อย่าง คาเครุ นารุเสะ ซึ่งได้ย้ายมาเรียนห้องเดียวกับเธอในวันนั้นจริง ๆ เธอจึงอดเชื่อในจดหมายฉบับนั้นไม่ได้ ขณะที่นาโฮะอ่านจดหมายต่อ ตัวเธอในอนาคตกล่าวถึงเรื่องที่เสียใจในหลาย ๆ เรื่อง และทำให้นาโฮะตัดสินใจใหม่อีกครั้ง ความเสียใจทั้งหมดนี้ดูเหมือนจะเชื่อมโยงกับคาเครุ และการที่ต้องรับรู้ว่าคาเครุจะไม่อยู่กับเธอและเพื่อนๆ ในอนาคต นาโฮะจะสามารถเลือกสิ่งที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงโชคชะตาอันน่าเศร้าที่ดูเหมือนจะไม่อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้หรือไม่

One day, Naho Takamiya receives a letter written to herself from ten years in the future. As Naho reads on, the letter recites the exact events of the day, including the transfer of a new student into her class named Kakeru Naruse. The Naho from ten years later repeatedly states that she has many regrets, and she wants to fix these by making sure the Naho from the past can make the right decisions—especially regarding Kakeru. What's more shocking is that she discovers that ten years later, Kakeru will no longer be with them. Future Naho asks her to watch over him closely.
